Hi, I'm Shaneiquka Janet
32 year old Mother of a Beautiful daughter and wife of 5 years. I was born in Rocky Mount N.C but raised in Virginia Beach, VA. At the age of 19 I decided to go to beauty school because I enjoyed doing hair. I then realized that it was not my passion. I started to work with individuals with mental and physical disabilities. I loved it! I worked in that profession for 12 years but then i realized i wanted to become my own boss. I went to a dispatch training and that is when i found my niche. I loved working from home, making my own schedule, being my own boss and guess what? YES all with NO degree! Who doesn't want to fire their boss?! Learning about the trucking industry was amazing, but seeing that there aren't many women in this field made me want to change the game. That's when I became the CEO of On The Road Dispatch Training.
